Roll Notes

I’m still not comfortable putting a camera in someone’s face. I’m much more comfortable in a crowd, or from behind. This technique has its merits and can get results, as in the photo of the two women pointing at the cathedral, but looking at these photos I can’t help but feel that while I’m exploring the streets and the architecture of the city I am not exploring the people. During the editing process, I’m also having trouble balancing exposure for viewing on a screen. I need to develop a process for testing and balancing light - some of these look a little dark now for my taste. On to the next one.
