Roll Notes

I love getting scans back from a roll that I’ve taken on a journey. This one had the last of my trip to Miami, then a walk through Bushwick, then home for Thanksgiving. There’s several here I really like, including the one of my mom with my dad’s shadow in the background and the one with the mirror in the taco restaurant in Miami. Overall I think I’m pulling some nice tones out of this HP5, but I do notice a lot more motion blur and some contrast issues when I try to shoot quickly. Better to shoot with a larger aperture and higher shutter speed with this camera, I think, though wide open does look a bit muddy.
